Garage 24'x24'

No project can be to big or to small for Rave Contracting Services. This customer requested that we only frame in the garage so that they could finish the exterior themselves. However Rave did supply and install the garage door so they could use the garage to lock up there things securely.

Garage/Storage for the Toys.

This is the first stage of a 40' x 30' Barn style garage located near Dorset Ontario

Major Cottage Revovation

This cottage was purchased buy a customer and then Rave Contracting Services was hired to totally remove the interior and exterior finished walls. The roof was then partially removed and a large dormer was installed to accomidate a bathroom on the second level and a staircase that follows down to the basement.

New windows where added and New maintaince free siding was installed, New facia, Soffit and then covererd by a new 40yr shingled roof. All updated wiring, and plumbing was done by qualified and licenced tradesman.

Rave Contracting will help you design and build a dock that will serve your needs. Crib style, floater or combination we can do it all. Cedar or Presure treated your choice.

Above is a dock that was constructed with 2 sections, 1 is a deck platform 14' x 24' with a 6' x 30' extension that allows the floater to extend out to the deeper water. This solid dock was constructed out of Pressure treated timbers and decking.

This cedar dock is 44'x8'

Big enough to hold you own boat and seating for lots more.
